Constantly Gardening

Ankles planted my basil plant outside.
It was still too cold.
My basil struggled to live all winter and then she killed it.

So she planted a cilantro plant.
She planted a parsley plant.
Right.
One parsley plant and one cilantro plant for one rabbit.
THEN...she found out..........it wasn't enough.
Duh.

So now there are more parsleys and some basils.
At least the roses and dandelions are blooming.

She is trying.
That deserves appreciation.

You're a darn forgiving rabbit, Silver.

Silver, perhaps you should scatter some doots in that patch. Things grow better with doots.

She is totally trying, SIlver, and with proper training and patience she may become an adequate bungardener......

There is never enough basil... and a curious lack of mint!

Where's the dandelion? Where's the mint?
BUT you will get at least 10 minutes of really fresh veggies from this garden, maybe 11.

You might thank her then remind her you need a reeely big garden.

BTW fresh newly budding tree branches are always a treat (well not cherry, but apple and maple and willow and elm and locust are tasty and very fibery).

Well things are looking up ... guess I better get to planting!

Divakitty, The mint is in a pot on the patio. Mr. Ankles would not allow mint without a pot. Paula Pullet may be eating my mint.......

Susan, I voted for dandelions. Ankles says she doesnt need to plant them. She says the dandelions will volunteer to grow in my garden because I am a beautiful bun. That sounds very suspicious to me.
